With a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction and 12+ years of experience, Imran helps organisations uncover what people really think, need and do. He's led research across fintech, healthcare, aviation, education and government, working with teams at GIC, Zuellig Pharma, AirAsia and CIMB. From user interviews and usability testing to strategy and service design, Imran turns messy human behaviour into clear, actionable insights. Before Inas Collective, he was a Research Fellow and Senior Lecturer, leading multidisciplinary research projects and mentoring the next generation of researchers. Today, he combines research expertise with AI-powered workflows to help teams move faster, make smarter decisions and build products people actually love.

With over a decade of experience across technology, SaaS and consulting, Sarah helps organisations turn customer insight into meaningful growth. Her experience spans Singapore, Malaysia, the UK and global markets, leading go-to-market strategies, demand generation programmes and brand transformations.
